TEN LITTLE TRICKSTERS, by Penelope Anne Cole, is a perfect book to share with your little ones during the Halloween season. This fun, educational, counting picture book contains bright, enjoyable illustrations by Kevin Collier. I highly recommend adding this sweet, seasonal book to your Halloween picture book collection.

The pictures are bright and colorful, and the text has the kind of predictable repetitions that allow the child to chime in as as the bouncy rhyme is read to them. Adorable!

Ten little Tricksters will delight your toddler.  He or she will get excited about the tricksters costumes and will begin thinking about what character they might want to portray for Halloween.  You and your child will laugh and shriek along with them, all the while learning to count to ten backwards. This will be their favorite book of the season, wanting it to be read over and over again. Yikes!
